You will participate in solving requirements within the framework of service contracts with our customers.

Working with the ticketing system, solving our customers' requests
Performing troubleshooting and diagnosing problems (ping, traceroute, packet capture, log analysis)
Collaborating on projects and development activities with other colleagues
Good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SNMP, BGP, OSPF)
Experience with network device management and configuration (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Cisco..)
Knowledge of network technologies and topologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN, QoS)
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose network problems (ping, traceroute, packet capture, log analysis)
Knowledge of the basics of operating system administration (Windows, MacOS, Linux preferred) and their integration into the network
Experience with network configuration documentation and technical documentation preferred
