IT Support Specialist (L1)

We are looking for a colleague to strengthen our team in the field of networking and cybersecurity.

You will participate in solving requirements within the framework of service contracts with our customers.

You will work with modern technologies from Fortinet, Microsoft or Cisco and have the opportunity to quickly advance professionally and in your career.

 

Job description

  • Working with the ticketing system, solving our customers' requests

  • Performing troubleshooting and diagnosing problems (ping, traceroute, packet capture, log analysis)

  • Collaborating on projects and development activities with other colleagues

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SNMP, BGP, OSPF)

  • Experience with network device management and configuration (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, Cisco..)

  • Knowledge of network technologies and topologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, VLAN, QoS)

  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose network problems (ping, traceroute, packet capture, log analysis)

  • Knowledge of the basics of operating system administration (Windows, MacOS, Linux preferred) and their integration into the network

  • Experience with network configuration documentation and technical documentation preferred
