NEW CYBERSECURITY LAW
NÚKIB, following the effectiveness of the NIS2 directive, prepared a draft of a new cybersecurity law. More than 6000 entities (instead of the original 400) will now also be subject to the obligation to perform detection and recording of cybersecurity events.
